Ladies & gents it looks like it's that time of year! It's time to bundle up, but who says bundling up can't look stylish?

First things first: Layer Layer Layer

It’s winter time! A time to cozy up by the fireplace and watch the snow fall. But also a time to bundle up for the cold weather! Just because you need to layer up doesn’t mean you can’t look good while keeping warm. Start off on the bottom layers. On your bottoms, throw on a pair of long johns or leggings under your jeans (nothing too thick, you don’t want anyone to notice). This will keep you nice and toasty and no one will know the wiser. Secondly is to layer your torso. Depending on how cold it is outside, we suggest your first layer to be a thermal or any general long sleeve shirt. A cozy, comfortable sweater is your best bet when wanting to bundle up. Whether it be a solid, stripes, or print, a stylish sweater will keep you warm and looking great.

Secondly- One of our favorites, accessorize!

Using vibrant accessories add excitement to our dark winter wardrobes. Oversized necklaces, a handbag or belt, can all help piece together. But when it comes to our outerwear, cute mittens, cozy scarves and knitted hats are our saviors for the winter! Not only are scarves fabulous for warmth in the cool months, but they also make any casual look with jeans and a t-shirt instantly chic. Covering up in a knit cap is another great way to stay warm and look fashionable this season. And lastly wearing mittens, especially covered in soft fur, keep your hands nice and toasty while adding fun prints or color into your outfit.

Lastly- Having the right coat

Lastly and most important is your winter coat! It’s the piece everyone will see while walking the streets. Big padded pea coats and long woolen jackets are always staples for the winter. If you are going to go bulky, the only way to go is with a beautiful, long, fur coat. Fur will never go out of style as it is elegant. Despite being so lightweight, a puffy down jacket keeps you warm and toasty all day long. No matter what fabric your coat is made of just be sure you feel warm enough in it to endure those harsh winter temperatures.
