Hats are becoming a daily accessory for the modern gentlemen. Men’s hats come in many shapes, sizes and fabrics. We thought we could show you the basics, with some history and a few tips on how to style this oh so amazing accessory; and while we're at it..let's figure out with hat fits your style.
FEDORA HAT
The fedora hat is one of the most commonly styled hats worn to this day! The history behind fedora hats are that they were largely worn by mobsters in the 1950's. After JFK's presidency the fedora hat slowly fell back in style. This hat style can be made with polyester, felt or straw.
What we love the most of the fedora hat is it's versatility. It can be sure worn super edgy or styled gracefully for the ultimate dapper gentleman. We're pretty sure whatever it is the fedora hat will fit in.
HOMBURG HAT

The homburg hat is very familiar to the style of the fedora hat. However the brim is stiffer and has an upturned lip all the way around. The homburg hat a good choice for a formal business look.
PORKPIE HAT

The Porkpie hat aka now the Heisenberg hat has been on popular demand, due to the show Breaking Bad. The alter ego Heisenberg, has something to do with that! For those seeking a more unique style than a regular fedora or flat cap, the pork pie hat's low-crown, flat-top design injects a classic flair and high fashion into your day or nighttime attire.
THE BOATER

The boater is a men’s summer formal hat made of straw. It’s similar in formality to the homburg, a boater is correctly worn with a blazer, smart lounge suit, or even with black tie
