INSPIRATION BEHIND: YOURS, SIGNATURE SCENT

For those of you who may not know, we've recently launched our first product EVER, which is- a handmade fragrance for women made by a woman (Kabrea).

WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOURS, SIGNATURE SCENT?

Kabrea: I must say that I know that I, myself did take some part into this whole process. Now I am a big girly girly, and I love my cosmetics, shoes, nail polish and fragrances. Literally my dresser is filled with all of these things! And I thought why not make my own fragrance. And here I am- exhibiting at tons of different events, networking and meeting lovely people and sharing my story as well as sharing that "smell good feel good" message with Yours, Fragrance.

WHAT IS YOUR ULTIMATE FAVORITE PERFUME?

Kabrea: My all time favorite perfume is Queen by Queen Latifah. I love that it's sweet, fun, and flirty. It's definitely a night time smell, but I would wear it all day.

HOW DOES PERFUME AFFECT YOUR DAY?

Kabrea: Perfume for me is like extra icing on a cake. Especially if you're wearing your favorite fragrance it just brings nothing but happy energy. It's the last thing I put on before I head out the door, not only do I want to bring happy energy to myself- but I want to do the same to others.

DID YOUR FAVORITE PERFUME INSPIRE YOURS, SIGNATURE SCENT?

Kabrea: Absolutely! I knew that I wanted Yours, Fragrance to give other women the same satisfaction that Queen by Queen Latifah did for me. I also had some inspiration from Ariana Grande's pink sugar fragrance. These two actually inspired me to make Yours, fragrance both a day and night fragrance. Something rich, luxurious, elegant and sweet.

IS THERE ANYTHING PEOPLE SHOULD LOOK OUT FOR? ANY OTHER THINGS YOU HAVE PLANNED?

Kabrea: Well.. there's only so much I can say. But as of right now we will be vending all of the United States- so don't be surprised if we're in your city. We will have a few great holiday specials going on so you guys should definitely be sure to take advantage of that. Also some more samples are in the process for men's cologne.
